Synergy Co is looking for a Food Production Manager

Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Degree/Diploma in Production.
- Degree/Diploma in Operations Management.
- Must be computer literate.
- Previous experience with HACCP/ EurepGAP or other food related audits would be a big plus.
- Own cell phone.
- Own vehicle.
Responsibility Duties:
- Managing all factory staff.
- Managing daily production and processing of all product lines (1000-1500 liters per day).
- Maintaining Health & safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety requirements: Hygiene, Cold chain, Completion, and submission of paperwork etc.
- Receiving and getting orders in Doing deliveries as required.
- Stock management: Ensuring stock levels are correct.
- Ordering stock of all cost of sale items: Packaging, Culture, Gas, Labels etc. Minor maintenance.
- Monitor equipment and ensure that facility runs properly.
- Issuing of all delivery notes with dispatched orders. Dispatching orders.
