Background:

We are a manufacturer of precast concrete products focused on the agricultural sector and currently looking for an operations manager who can manage the day-to-day operations of our newly constructed factory

Requirements:

• Technical abilities.
• Knowledge of how concrete samples are tested for strength as well as the implications of these results.
• Experience in a precast environment.
• General concrete knowledge, including but not limited to quality control aspects of concrete products like honey come identification, proper reinforcement protocols and basic concrete mix design knowledge.
• Quality Control Knowledge in a precast yard.
• Knowledge of how hydraulic systems operate and must be able to differentiate between different units used to measure pressure in these systems.
• Able to manage a concrete plant with consistency.

Duties:

• Handle the quality control aspects of a factory.
• Production inspection and concrete testing.
• Recording of inspection results.
• Ensure Specification Compliance.
• Supervise and manage labourers.
• Maintain quality standards set by management.
