Description:

We have an opening for a well-organized, self-confident, and result-driven admin person with accounting skills. Our company trains and places professional helpers to homes and businesses; we also place hospitality staff and provide professional background checks to individuals and companies of all sizes.

Requirements:

  • Have strong organizational skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and at least 2 other local languages.
  • Have at least 2 years working experience.
  • Have experience in office administration.
  • Have some accounting qualification. Have experience in Document filing.
  • Have basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Live in or around Kempton Park.
  • Receptionist experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Filing, Managing Training Schedules, Managing Placements Logistics, Receiving and redirecting Calls, Managing invoices and payments, Data Capturing.
