Precision Placements is looking for a Call Centre Admin Clerk
Location: South Africa
Job Type: Full-time
Working hours:
- Saturday – 8:00 to 4.30
- Sunday – 8:00 to 4.30
- Monday to Friday – 8:00 to 3.30
- (1 day off during the week)
Duties:
- Answer client calls and capture details on to relevant systems.
- Respond to clients via email and WhatsApp for any queries.
Requirements:
- Must be very well spoken in English must be fully computer literate.
- Must have excellent customer service abilities.
- Matric essential.
- Other qualifications are a bonus.
- Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday.
