Essential Requirements:
6+ Years of experience across launch marketing OR project management & operations; 2+ years of this having had a focus on solutions for effective growth
Managerial experience:
- This role will start with direct reports – you should be able to mentor and establish performance management goals for your team
- You should have an interest in consumer research and analysis; understanding how to lead a team to create consumer insights and what changes those implicate for product development and growth needs
Data Analysis:
- Help to establish metrics and tracking tools for the product growth, interpreting and analysing those results to drive new initiatives and practises
- Experience in leading experimental projects and events for testing how things work for the consumer targets
- You should have an interest in working on something that combines fintech with community-improvement driven work, with a focus on European immigrant markets
- Experience establishing project budgets and setting timelines and cost-prioritisation
Organization is key:
- Project Management experience/understanding would be helpful, and having a mind for learning quickly and being up for a challenge is key
- You are an ideas-person: The company is a start-up, and although growing quickly, and well-funded, they are still adapting and changing, and all team members should be able to problem solve, bring new ideas to the table as to how to do things better
- Will be helpful to understand digital and social media, connectivity, and how to approach the development of marketing campaigns within those channels
- Fluent in English (French is a plus, and knowledge of Asian or African cultures/languages is a plus too)
- Outgoing; this role will be working directly with a lot of people across different cultures and communities, you should be someone who really enjoys meeting new people and establishing relationships
Travel:
Love to travel and interact with new people and places (travel may be up to 1 week per month as and when safe)
Note:
Given the current global situation of Covid-19, any travel requirement and the work therein will be adjusted accordingly so that the work can be done via digital platforms and on a remote basis until things change. Normally this role will require occasional travel between London & Paris offices, and sometimes to other European markets.
