Who we’re looking for:

Teach Me 2 is seeking an extraordinary person to join our Learning Strategist team. This person is part analyst, part advisor, and passionately desires to change the face of education. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with an interest or experience in sales, education, or communications, who can master the skills of negotiation within one of the best South African companies to work for.

Your role and who you’ll be working with:

• The role takes a client from the first interaction with Teach Me 2 through to completion of a plan. The role requires you to act as an advisor to the client on which approach to take with their learning in order that they may best achieve their goals. It includes the responsibility of handling new customers, getting them set up with a tutor, a lesson plan and then handing them over to the customer support team.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their time in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Structure the lessons and set up a game plan for learners to reach their goal
• Work with the learners to pick the best tutor for their needs
• Monitor and adjust your behavior based on personal performance metrics
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Understand and keep up to date with industry knowledge

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Results-driven and a self-starter
• A passion for education
• 3+ years of sales experience is advantageous
