Summary:
A Junior Sous Chef is sought for this historic South African brand. Working day shifts, you will be assigned to their extremely popular restaurant on the wine estate and be required to:
- Assist the Chef to produce culinary delights & food/wine pairings
- Be responsible for managing a section & team
- Able to create fine skilled cuisine
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols
- Stock rotation
- Assist with stock takes & purchasing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fine dining coupled with a culinary qualification or equivalent is essential.
- Must have own reliable transport
