About Job:

The Sr. Marketing Executive is responsible for conducting market research, producing promotional materials, and analyzing sales data. The goal is to develop and execute the plans and strategies that can drive sales for a company, service, or product. This involves strategizing and implementing marketing, branding, and advertising plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Team with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, initiatives, events, and other programs
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, inventory control, on sight deliverables, and maintaining stock of marketing collaterals – ensuring right material is available at the right time, right place
  • Liaise with partners and vendors in maintaining contracts and agreements in a systematic format
  • Understand the marketing dashboard and extract meaningful reports to initiate campaigns that help align the marketing KPIs
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality timely delivery and execution of marketing programs and collaterals
  • Conduct market research and competitor study to identify the trends and recent updates within the industry
  • Excellent Project Management skills and willingness to take ownership of new assignments and tasks
  • Liaise with external digital agencies to ensure the smooth flow of marketing campaigns
  • Attend events on behalf of the company and maximize coverage
  • Giving ideas, recommendations, and plans to contribute to the optimization of marketing strategies
  • Scheduling promotional presentations, maintaining an annual project calendar, and ensuring deadlines are respected
  • Providing detailed reports on budget expenses to the Marketing Manager
  • Have an eye to detail reviewing each project making sure it complies to brand guidelines and ensure the campaign message and details are captured
  • Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors and research on potential strategic relationships

Daily Tasks:

  • Assist the Head of Marketing in the development and execution of all marketing and advertising strategies
  • Liaise with internal and external creative teams to coordinate and supervise marketing campaigns
  • Compile and analyze data to accurately report impact and outcomes of marketing activities
  • Align all social media / digital campaigns and schedule the calendars with all agencies/freelancers
  • Observe competitors’ marketing campaigns and their impact and keep up to date with marketing trends and requirements to ensure all marketing strategies comply with the latest practices and standards

Job Requirements:

  • A university graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or relevant field
  • 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Past work experience in marketing with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of using WordPress for website, blogs, articles updates.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Desirable to have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / InDesign and Illustrator
  • Data Analytics
