A company in Kuwait is looking for an Operation in Charge

Nature of work: Food Industry

Type of Products: Honey and Related Food stuff.

Duty: Full time (min 12 hrs) with stay in facility.

Job Description:

• Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the Company in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the General Manager and Admin and Finance Manager.
• To develop, recommend and implement operational development strategies, operational plans to support the achievement of its business objectives.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Manages and direct the internal operations of the honey filling and production to achieve the budgeted results and financial achievements including revenue and profits.
• Develops and establishes operating policies covering safety and other related in keeping mind for marketing, sales, distribution, and delivery, Appraises and evaluates the results of daily operations and systematically, and reports the results to the Admin and Finance Manager.
• Monitors daily inventory and sales and reports to the direct manager. Implements actions as appropriate towards enhancing sales and revenue.
• Seeks for Company s accreditation and classification as appropriate giving its products and services international standard and recognition.
• Ensures all activities and operations are performed in compliance with safety and local laws and regulations governing business operations.

Skills:

• Graduate in any diploma (food production or management preferable)
• Having a good command on computer to use company software, MSOffice (word, excel, Power Point etc)

Requirements:

• Minimum Five years in related experience.
• Have leadership and management abilities with all nationalities staff.
• Possesses a passion to help staff.
• Able to see the big picture and plan out details.
• Excellent communications in Arabic and English and detail oriented.
• Strong process and planning orientation.
• Goal-oriented, task driven.
• Ability to delegate to the right team members.

Salary Package: KD 250/- (KD Two hundred fifty only) including food allowance, + housing facility in Wafra beside factory. All other terms and condition according to Kuwait Labour Law.
